Each user account and associated API key constitutes an individual, non-transferable license to use the Deenio service. Sharing accounts or API keys is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Process images containing illegal, harmful, or explicit content

• Exceed your quota limits or circumvent API rate limits
• Resell or redistribute our API without authorization

We reserve the right to monitor usage for compliance with these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you process through our service. However, you grant us a limited license to process and store your images solely for the purpose of providing our services.

All intellectual property related to our service, including but not limited to software, algorithms, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of Deenio.

6. Payment Terms

Use of our services may require payment based on your selected subscription plan or usage. You agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your account
• Provide valid payment information
• Accept our right to change pricing with notice

Failed payments may result in service suspension. Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy.

• Your content processed through our services

• Non-payment of fees
